Pest Hero is part of the Hero family of businesses (including Bond Hero, Mowing Hero and HeroPlus), which share one customer system. We collect the details you give us when you book or contact us: your name, phone number, email, the property address, access notes and details about the treatment, including any health or pet information you choose to share so we can treat safely.
How we use it
- To quote, schedule and carry out your treatment safely
- To contact you about your booking
- To take payments, processed by our payment provider. We don't store card numbers.
- To send occasional offers from the Hero family, only if you've agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Website statistics
We count visits to this website with our own simple statistics tool so we can see which pages and advertising work. It uses a random ID stored in your browser rather than cookies, doesn't record your IP address, and isn't shared with advertisers.
Who we share it with
The technician doing your treatment, our email and payment providers, and your property manager only if you ask us to send them a certificate. We don't sell your information.
