Service Terms

These terms apply when you book a pest control treatment or inspection with Pest Hero.

Prices

Prices are fixed and based on the treatment and property details you choose. If the property differs from the booking, we'll tell you the correct price before we start and you can choose whether to go ahead.

Preparing and safety

Please follow the preparation and re-entry instructions we give you, and tell us about pets, fish tanks, pregnancy, asthma or allergies before the treatment.

Changes and cancellations

Reschedule or cancel free up to 24 hours before your booking. If we can't access the property on the day, a call-out fee of up to half the treatment price may apply.

Payment

Payment is due after the treatment, by card, tap or PayID.

Guarantee

General pest treatments include a 3-month re-treatment guarantee for cockroaches, spiders and ants inside the treated areas. It doesn't cover new pest types, untreated areas, or properties where preparation instructions weren't followed.

Termites

Termite inspections are a visual inspection of accessible areas with a written report. Treatment is quoted separately.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
